Nourished

What's in the box: A supply of daily seven-layer gummy stacks, each combining several vitamins, minerals and superfoods either personalised by quiz or chosen from pre-blended goal-based stacks.

Nourished is a UK brand that makes personalised gummy vitamins using what it describes as patented 3D printing technology. Each daily serving is a seven-layer gummy stack, made fresh to order. You start with a quiz of about two minutes, and the site uses an algorithm it markets as AI-driven to suggest a blend of vitamins, minerals and superfoods. If you would rather skip the quiz, you can build your own stack or pick a pre-blended Life Stack aimed at goals such as skin and hair, stress and mood, immunity, energy, or recovering after a night out. Life Stacks start from £28, and the Collagen+ options start from £39.99. The idea is genuinely different from a standard tub of multivitamins, and gummies suit people who dislike swallowing tablets. However, the personalisation and AI language is marketing, and the site does not explain how the algorithm decides what you need. Gummies can also contain sugar or sweeteners, so check the ingredients. The brand shows a strong average rating from thousands of reviews, but recent reviews on its own site include complaints about slow or missing orders, so delivery reliability is worth watching. As with any supplement, it will not replace a balanced diet, and anyone pregnant or taking medication should speak to a GP first.
