What's in the box: There is no box; you buy individual items or bundles of organic cotton underwear, socks, bras and other everyday basics.
Organic Basics is a Copenhagen-based basics brand that began as an underwear subscription. That model is gone. It now runs as a standard online shop, and the site offers no recurring box to sign up for. Delta Galil acquired the company in 2022. The shop sells women's and men's essentials, including underwear, bras, socks, clothing, activewear and swimwear, with seasonal drops such as a Fall/Winter 2026 collection. Organic cotton is the headline material. The brand puts sustainability front and centre, with pages on its materials, factories, makers and impact reports, plus a Take Back Program and Made2Flow traceability information. If you wanted automatic restocks, you will need to reorder by hand. The closest substitutes are the bundle and multi-buy offers on the site. There is also an Organic Basics Club, an app, a referral scheme and a student and graduate discount. You can reach customer support by 24/7 chatbot, by email, or by a Danish phone line during weekday office hours. It no longer qualifies as a subscription service, but it is still a reasonable place to buy organic cotton basics.
