Refruiting is a Spanish company that brings fruit, coffee and snacks to offices. Companies sign up for the service, not individual shoppers. Each morning its staff pick the produce, pack baskets at the company warehouse and deliver them to client offices. The fruit service is the core of the business. There is also an office coffee service built on illy whole bean 100% Arabica blend, and a water product called Awasmil, which the company says is free of substances and odors. Other services are listed but not described in detail. What sets Refruiting apart is its social mission. It states a commitment to employing people with disabilities and people at risk of social exclusion, and it publishes a 2025 Diversity and Inclusion report. The pitch to employers is practical: help keep staff, make coming into the office more appealing, support everyday wellbeing and handle all of it through one supplier. Some of the health claims about fruit and mood are broad marketing language. Still, for a Spanish employer that wants fresh fruit and decent coffee from a supplier with a real inclusion focus, it is worth asking about.
