Runner Crate

Moved. The old site now redirects to cratejoy.com. Reviews found date from about 2016; current status not verified.

What's in the box: When it operated, a typical box held a mix of running apparel or accessories plus nutrition items such as energy snacks or gels.

Runner Crate no longer appears to be operating as a subscription service, and its old web address now sends visitors to the Cratejoy marketplace instead of its own site. When it was active, Runner Crate was a US subscription box for runners. It sent a monthly package of running gear, such as apparel and accessories, along with nutrition products like energy snacks, gels or drink mixes. The idea was to let runners try new brands and products they might not find on their own, and the box was pitched to runners of all levels, from casual joggers to people training for races. Most of the reviews we found are from around 2016, and we have seen nothing newer that shows the service still ships boxes. There is no Runner Crate storefront at the old address, and the site that loads in its place is a general marketplace for many other subscription boxes. We do not recommend trying to sign up or pay for anything under this name. If you want a running box, look for a service that is clearly active, with current contact details and recent customer reviews.
