Shades Club is not currently operating normally. Its website shows an error page saying the store is unavailable, and there is no shop, product listing or account access. Some review sites still describe it as active, but we found no recent statement from the company saying whether it is running, paused or closed for good. When it was running, Shades Club was a US sunglasses subscription. Members signed up to receive new sunglasses on a regular schedule. The idea was to get a changing mix of styles instead of buying one expensive pair. It suited people who often lose or break their sunglasses, or who like to change their look from season to season. The site does not say which plans, styles or policies applied most recently, and with the store offline there is no way to check. Because the shop is unavailable, we do not recommend trying to sign up. If you think you still have an active subscription, check your bank or card statements. If charges keep appearing without deliveries, contact your card issuer. If you want new sunglasses on a regular basis, choose an eyewear subscription or retailer that is clearly taking orders and publishes its terms.
