Shelflove Crate

Closed. The website no longer loads. Still listed in book box roundups, but no recent activity or closure notice was found.

What's in the box: When it operated, a box typically centered on a science fiction or fantasy book, usually with a few themed extras for genre readers.

Shelflove Crate is not currently operating: its website no longer loads, and the company shows no sign of recent activity. You may still see it in roundups of book subscription boxes, but you can't order or manage a subscription through its site. When it was running, Shelflove Crate was a US subscription box for science fiction and fantasy readers. It worked like many book boxes: a selected genre title arrived on a regular schedule, along with themed extras for fans of fantasy and science fiction. The company has not posted a closure notice, so it's unclear what happened to open orders or active subscriptions. If you subscribed in the past, check your bank or card statements for recurring charges and contact your card issuer if anything looks wrong. We don't recommend trying to sign up. If you want regular science fiction and fantasy deliveries, choose a box that is clearly shipping now, has a working website, and plainly states its prices, schedule and cancellation terms before you pay.
