What's in the box: Each box held ready made Montessori activities and printed materials such as three part cards, with guidance on how to present them to your child.
The Montessori Family Box is no longer running as a normal monthly subscription. The company says the subscription, which began in 2018, is closing down, and it gives no closure date. Do not expect to sign up for new monthly deliveries. When it ran, the box was aimed at parents who wanted Montessori activities at home but didn't have time to make three part cards, search for printables or work out which activities suited their child. Each box was meant to provide ready to use activities along with guidance on how to present them. The company calls it the original Montessori subscription box and says it was made in the UK. It was created by Carine Robin, a qualified Montessori teacher with more than 15 years of experience, who also runs a popular UK Montessori blog and a large Montessori Facebook group. The wider site still offers other products, including a set of 50 toddler activity cards, a Montessori parenting course, a gentle discipline e-course, a regular blog and a free printable for newsletter subscribers. The company says past boxes are being sold off individually, so a one off purchase may still be possible while stock lasts. The site does not say what happens once that stock runs out.
