The Stan Lee Box

Closed. The website no longer works: it shows a hosting or server error instead of a shop. Launched by POW! Entertainment in 2016; no activity found after 2017 and no closure notice.

What's in the box: When it operated, each box focused on Stan Lee and his creations and contained themed collectibles and fan merchandise.

The Stan Lee Box is no longer operating. Its website, stanleebox.com, does not load and instead shows a Cloudflare 526 error, which means the SSL certificate on the site's server could not be validated. POW! Entertainment, the company Stan Lee co-founded, launched the service in 2016 and built it around the comic book creator's name and characters. While it ran, it was sold as a themed subscription for Stan Lee fans, delivering collectibles and merchandise tied to his work and public persona. We found no sign of activity after 2017, and no closure notice was ever posted, so the exact end date is unclear. Stan Lee died in 2018, and nothing suggests the box continued or came back after that. With the site down, there is no working way to subscribe, manage an account, or reach customer support through it. Past subscribers should not expect further shipments. Collectors interested in old boxes may find individual items on resale markets, but we cannot verify their contents or condition. We have not given a rating because the service is not available. If you want a comics or manga subscription today, look at the active listings elsewhere in this directory.
