Vital MTB Gear Club is no longer operating. Vital MTB shut the program down after shipping its October 2022 box, citing supply-chain problems and inflation. When it ran, the club was a bi-monthly subscription from Vital MTB, the US mountain bike news, review and community site. Each shipment bundled a selection of mountain bike products picked by the Vital team, usually a mix of parts, accessories, apparel and other riding gear. The main appeal was discovery. Riders got to try gear from both established brands and smaller companies they might not have chosen on their own, and the picks came from people whose regular work was testing and reviewing mountain bike equipment. The usual drawbacks of a curated cycling box applied here too. Sizing, fit and compatibility vary a lot between bikes and riders, so some items could go unused, and you had no say in what showed up. Because the club has closed, there is nothing to order and no shipments to expect. If you want something similar, look for an active cycling subscription that clearly states its current schedule and contents, or follow Vital MTB's gear reviews and buy only the products you actually need. Past subscribers with an unresolved account question should contact Vital MTB directly.
