Westwing

Paused. The website says new subscriptions are paused for now.

What's in the box: Westwing presents it as an advent calendar for design fans, but the site does not list the specific items inside.

Westwing's advent calendar is not operating normally right now. New subscriptions are paused, so you can't sign up for it as a recurring service at the moment. Westwing is a German online shop for furniture and home decor. It has been running since 2011, is based in Munich, and sells shelving, lighting, rugs, textiles, tableware and kitchen items. The advent calendar is aimed at design fans, which fits the shop's focus on curated home pieces and its seasonal Christmas collections. The site does not say what goes behind each door, how many items are included or what the calendar costs, so check those details yourself if the offer comes back. On the plus side, Westwing is an established retailer with phone and email customer service, plus help pages for returns, order tracking and delivery times. It also has a clear seasonal style, with themed Christmas looks ranging from playful to Nordic. The main drawback is that sign-ups are paused, so there is nothing to commit to right now, and the contents are still unclear. If you like Westwing's style, its regular shop and Christmas range are the more practical place to look for now. Treat the calendar as unavailable until Westwing says otherwise.
