Zalon by Zalando

Moved.The old site now redirects to en.zalando.de. Zalando stopped Zalon in 2022 (Belgium in August, Netherlands in October) and planned to fold it into Zalando Plus.

Zalon by Zalando is no longer operating, and the old zalon.de address now sends visitors to the regular Zalando shop. Zalando shut the service down during 2022. It closed in Belgium in August and in the Netherlands in October, and the company said it planned to fold personal styling into its Zalando Plus membership. When it ran, Zalon was a curated fashion service built on Zalando's large catalogue. Customers filled in a style questionnaire covering sizes, preferences, budget and occasions, and could add notes for a human stylist. The stylist then put together a box of clothing, shoes and accessories and sent it to the customer's home. You tried everything on, kept what you liked, paid only for the items you kept and sent the rest back. The service suited people who wanted help building outfits without browsing thousands of products themselves. Today you cannot order a Zalon box, and the site it redirects to is a standard online fashion store with no stylist-picked box on offer. If you want hand-picked clothing delivered, look for a styling service that is still running. Do not expect to restart or reactivate a Zalon account.
