Bonsai Focus was a bimonthly international bonsai magazine from Bonsai Europe Publications in the Netherlands. It was sold by subscription in several languages. You can no longer subscribe. The publisher says it has permanently closed and that the November/December 2025 issue was the last one. Subscribers were contacted in November 2025 with a compensation offer. If you were a subscriber and never saw that message, check your email and spam folder before you contact the publisher. The site sends readers to bonsaitoday.com, where Bonsai Focus issues can be read online. If you liked the magazine's detailed styling articles and photography, that online archive is now the main way to reach the content. Hobbyists knew Bonsai Focus for its step-by-step work on real trees, so the closure is a genuine loss for the European bonsai community. We can't recommend it as a purchase because there is nothing left to buy. The low rating reflects that the service has ended. It is not a judgment on the quality of past issues. If you want an ongoing bonsai subscription, look for an active magazine or a supplies box, and use the online archive for back issues.
