Cortilia has been an online grocery service in Italy since 2011. It focuses on local and seasonal products, and the site says it stocks more than 4,500 items from around 400 producers. Fruit and vegetables are central to the range, but you can also buy meat, fish, dairy, bread, pantry staples, wine, recipe kits, and household and personal care items. You can shop one order at a time, or you can subscribe to one of its ready-made boxes. That makes it a flexible choice if you want regular produce without being tied to a fixed box. You pick a delivery day and time slot, and the exact delivery time is confirmed the evening before. After you pay, you can still swap or add products and change the delivery yourself. Customer service is run in-house and is available every day by phone, WhatsApp and email. Cortilia offers a refund on any product that doesn't meet its standards. Orders arrive in FSC-certified cardboard boxes, and the company says over 93% of its product packaging can be sorted and recycled.
