Kopcrate is not operating. Its website no longer loads, and there is no sign that boxes are still being sent out. When it ran, it was a monthly subscription box for Liverpool FC supporters, aimed mainly at fans in the US. The name refers to the Kop, the famous stand at Anfield. The idea was to send American Reds fans a regular delivery of club themed gear so they did not have to track it down themselves. Reviews of the service date from around 2017, which suggests that was roughly when it was active. Details such as the price, the number of items per box, and whether the merchandise was officially licensed by the club are no longer available. No closure notice has been found, so it is unclear exactly when or why the service stopped. If you subscribed in the past and still see charges, contact your card issuer, because there is no working site where you can manage an account. Kopcrate is not an option for shoppers today. Liverpool fans in the US who want club gear will do better at the club's official store or at established sports retailers, which clearly list stock, prices and return policies.
