Mystery Jersey King

What's in the box: One genuine football shirt in your chosen size, from a club or national team picked for you and never repeated.

Mystery Jersey King is a UK shop that sends you a genuine football shirt from a club or national team it chooses. You pick the size, and you don't know the shirt until you open the box. The site promises never to send you the same shirt twice. You can also list teams, leagues or colours to avoid, which helps if the person has strong rivalries. Shirts shown on the site include big names like AC Milan, Boca Juniors and Atlético Madrid, but also much less famous sides like Chainat Hornbill in Thailand and Alebrijes de Oaxaca in Mexico. So expect variety rather than a famous badge every time. The men's box costs £43.99 as a one-off or £37.99 a month on the monthly plan, which the site says saves 15%. Kids boxes start at £24.99, and the price depends on size. UK delivery is tracked Royal Mail for £2.99, and the company says it ships to 150 countries. There is a 14-day returns policy. The company says it appeared on BBC Dragons' Den and lists a 4.7 out of 5 score on Trustpilot. The main downside is that you have little say over what arrives. If someone wants a particular club or this season's kit, buying it directly is the safer choice. The site does not say which seasons or what condition to expect.
