Plantflix Seed Subscription (bonsai themes)

What's in the box: A seasonal ornamental growing project built around seeds, though the site does not detail exact box contents or whether bonsai species are included.

Plantflix is a US seed shop focused on indoor gardening. It sells houseplant, flower, succulent, herb, organic vegetable and bonsai seeds, plus bulbs, supplies and seed kits. If you want a bonsai subscription, be careful here. The subscription the site promotes is the "Plant Projects" Ornamental Garden Subscription Box, listed from $17.50. The site does not say it is built around bonsai. The bonsai seed section is small, with six products, so bonsai fans will likely get a broader mix of ornamental plants rather than a dedicated tree program. The company says its seeds are USA-grown, batch-tested and packaged sustainably. It also offers a planting guide, a seed journal and a short quiz to help beginners pick seeds. Shipping is free on US orders over $50, with free priority shipping over $100. Growing bonsai from seed takes years, so a seed-based box suits patient hobbyists more than people who want a shaped tree soon. The site does not say how often boxes ship, what each one contains, or how to cancel. Check those details before you subscribe.
