What's in the box: When it operated, each box held a selection of treats and practical items aimed at UK university students.

The Unibox is no longer operating. Its website now goes to a page offering the domain for sale, so you can't order or subscribe. When it was running, The Unibox was a UK subscription box for university students. It sent regular care packages meant to make student life a little easier and more fun. For its second birthday the company launched a spin-off called UniPocket, which suggests it had a loyal enough following to try a second product. We could not find a closure announcement or any recent activity from the company. Anyone who still has an old subscription or an outstanding order should contact their bank or card provider rather than wait for a reply from the business. If you want to send a care package to a student in the UK today, look at services that are actively trading and have clear contact details and up to date terms. Those details matter more than usual when a brand can disappear quietly, as this one did. The Unibox is listed here for reference, so shoppers who come across the name know it is no longer available.
