My Hero Crate

Moved. The old site now redirects to thecarecrateco.com.

What's in the box: An assortment of American snacks such as chips, candy, sweet and salty treats or microwaveable foods, chosen around a theme or occasion.

My Hero Crate no longer runs as its own service. Its old site, myherocrate.com, now sends visitors to The Care Crate Co., a general gift box seller that sells military care packages as one part of a wider range. When My Hero Crate was running, it sold snack care packages for service members and their families. These were mostly one-time gifts, not a fixed monthly box. The military section on The Care Crate Co. site works the same way. It has a general snack box, a sweet and salty mix, a candy box, a microwave food package, a smaller snack box and a build your own birthday package. The site says it offers gluten free and vegan options. You can browse gifts by branch, including Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Space Force, or by occasion, such as birthdays, holidays and thinking of you gifts. There is also a Subscribe & Save section, but the site does not explain how repeat military deliveries work. If you were looking for My Hero Crate itself, the brand has been folded into another company. Ordering, packaging and customer service now come from The Care Crate Co. Before you buy, check its current terms, the box contents and how it handles military addresses.
